Our Story
Passionate about marketing and driven by the belief that management skills should be accessible to everyone, Kashish Sarvaiya, Co-Founder of the Indian Journal for Research in Law and Management, is a second-year Bachelor of Management Studies student at R.A. Podar College of Commerce and Economics. With a diverse set of internships under her belt, Kashish is committed to sharing her knowledge and experience with others on our journey together. Vednidhi Chhabbra is the CTO and CMO at the Indian Journal for Research in Law and Management (IJRLM). With over 5 years of experience in design and web development, Vednidhi has worked with multiple US-based startups. She interned with the United Nations SDG program and served as the Head of Product at In-House. Vednidhi is also a sought-after speaker, delivering talks on the intersection of management and law. Her expertise and contributions as a CTO and CMO drive the growth and success of IJRLM.
Anaita Vas, Editor – in – Chief of Indian Journal for Research in Law and Management is a Penultimate Year Law Student at SVKM’s NMIMS. She has diversified range of experiences, having had the privilege of interning with well-known MNCs, Law Firms, Research Institutes as well as Advocates. Anaita is currently a Legal Intern at Latham and Watkins and has had the privilege to intern at Saraf and Partners, LexCounsel, Re Sustainability Limited, to name a few.
She is a problem solver, who is diligent, assiduous and approachable, and has experiences which have provided her with invaluable insights into corporate legal practices and the complexities of navigating legal challenges within dynamic environments. Anaita has a strong interest in the field of legal journalism which can be seen with the number of research publications that adorn her resume. In the future, Anaita sees herself practicing law in the field of Banking, Finance and Insurance.
Rishabh Mehta is a Student Editor at the Indian Journal for Research in Law and Management. Currently pursuing his second year of law at GNLU, Rishabh possesses a deep interest in the intricate aspects of law and its intersection with management. With an ardent commitment to academic excellence, Rishabh considers the journal as the ideal platform to contribute his expertise.
As an active member of the university's student body, Rishabh plays a crucial role in the yearly law review. Taking on the responsibilities of an editor, he understands the significance of his role in ensuring the success of each edition. With meticulous attention to detail, Rishabh meticulously reviews and edits submissions, striving for clarity, accuracy, and coherence. He believes in upholding the highest standards of academic rigor and integrity.
Anchita Singhania, Editor of IJRLM is a 2nd year law student at NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law wherein she is pursuing B.B.A LL.B. She finds herself inclined toward the niche of Science and Law, merging practically with the theoretical nuances. She is currently interning at Kanungo & Co. as a start to her legal career. For someone who can be described as indecisive, she has always been very sure of Law and is respectful of deadlines, infact she thrives under them. Optimism is definitely her strong suit and she has the willingness to go the extra mile. Anchita wishes to better herself with every professional opportunity that she gets to be a part of and likewise also contribute to the team.
